Leaves!

Do you remember those days from your youth, where just about anything was fun? What happens when we get older that the simple things are no longer fun? Everything has to be planned, prepared for, scheduled, and executed. We often get so caught up in worrying and fretting about tomorrow, we forget to stop and enjoy life as it happens.

A few days ago, the kids gave us a lesson in how to enjoy life as it comes, and not worry about all the other things going on in the world today. It didn't cost us a dime. We didn't have to plan for it. There was no whining and crying. We just had to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beauty of it.

(I think they would have stayed out there all night if we had let them!)
